About LoanModificationStudio and Kevin Levonas

Loan Modification Studio is operated by Kevin Levonas and associates.

Loan Modification Studio is dedicated to helping homeowners stop foreclosureWhy did I start this website? Unselfishly, for personal reasons. I was encouraged through first hand experience to start this website. I saw my father lose his job and struggle to regain his dignity. Friends of mine had to struggle to make their mortgage payments. I am not a theoretician or an economist but a practitioner of problem solving the hard way. I talk to homeowners, banking institutions, and real estate professionals on a daily basis. I understand the disconnect between the parties above and the misinformation and non-information that is prevalent in the business of “Helping out the homeowner” and providing foreclosure help to those in need.

Homeowners are struggling. The problem is extremely clear, the solution is not. Homeowners, Corporations, Banking institutions, and Washington all know this. On the other hand, I do know that part of the solution is this website. Our objectives will be to provide homeowners with real solutions through: a consolidation of information, cooperative collaboration, and transparency of information. Our collective creativity, resolve, and our need to find the truth will bring about sweeping change one homeowner, one loan at a time.

Consolidation of Information

Homeowner help forum now openLoan Modification Studio’s first priority is to efficiently consolidate foreclosure information from abroad. We have developed multiple resources to perpetuate this priority including, recent articles, current events, investigative reporting, case law studies, our forum and our blog, foreclosureopinion.org. This information consolidation will help induce homeowner action.

Cooperative Collaboration

We encourage participation from our visitors through our forum. Participation can be in the form of questions, answers, and/or experiences. Remember this website is created for the homeowner so feel free to post helpful information.

Transparency of Information

Transparency is the “mother” of accountability. By providing unaltered and raw information to the public we can than hold real estate professionals, attorneys, banking institutions, and ultimately Washington accountable for the good, the bad and the ugly. We will do our best to provide what we know in a timely fashion. We expect the same from our visitors.
