Free Loan Modification Service

Helping homeowners in their fight against foreclosure is LoanModificationStudio.com's mission. Our goal is a to achieve a vibrant and active online community from which as many homeowners as possible may benefit for free.

To encourage positive participation and to reward activity LoanModificationStudio.com is now offers a competition where 1 lucky winner will receive a free loan modification each month. Our "Pro Bono Loan Modification Competition" is open to all registered members.

Registered members can take part in the competition by filling out applications for a Pro Bono loan modification service performed by our experts.

At the end of every month, Kevin Levonas and associates review all qualifying applicants and select five contest semi-finalists.

The winner will be selected by popular vote,and the rules are simple, the semifinalist who manages to get the most votes during the voting period is the winner!

Once the voting period is over the votes will be counted and the winner announced. LoanModificationStudio.com attorney will then begin the loan modification process.

Three requirements to be entered into our monthly Pro Bono Contest exist as follows:

• Become a member of LoanModificationStudio.com. If you are not yet a member you can register here.
• Introduce yourself on our forum
• Completely fill out our pro bono registration form.

Our contest winners are decided monthly so if you need immediate assistance, please fill out our loan modification form. However, you may fill out a pro bono application in addition to our loan modification form.

We are in the process of encouraging more attorneys throughout the U.S. to help out homeowners for free. We have the resources to help one winner a month. Hopefully, we can help more in the future. Pro Bono Loan Modification Competition rules:

1. The competition is open to registered LoanModificationStudio.com members only.
2. Competing members are required to make an informal introduction at our Homeowner stories forum, under the "introductions" section. Tell us your first name or nick name, your state and briefly describe your situation.
3. Fill out the Pro Bono Loan Modification Competition Registration Form completely. The form must be filled out completely and honestly. The information entered will be used to qualify contestants as eligible for a loan modification. (In some cases a loan modifcation may no longer be an applicable realistic solution to help a homeowner). The information will also be used later by our attorneys in processing the winners. If information has been filled out incorrectly the winner may end up disqualified.
4. The registration form contains 4 sections. All 4 sections must be filled out completely to qualify.
   1. Section 1 - Basic applicant information, such as name and address details
   2. Section 2 - Property details such as location and type of property
   3. Section 3 - Applicant financial information, information which can be used to qualify aplicant as a candidate for a loan modification
   4. Section 4 - The competition section. The "Homeowner Hardship History" section where the homeowner is allowed to tell his/her story and explain why he/she should be able to receive the free loan modification performed pro bono by our attorneys. The competition will be decided by a public vote on these competing "Homeowner Hardship Histories" made public.
5. The registration period is 1 calendar month.
6. At the end of the registration period Kevin Levonas and asociates will review applications and select 5 semi finalists. 
7. The semi finalists "Homeowner Hardship Histories" stories will be published on loanmodificationstudio.com and made subject to public vote on DIGG.com. The semifinalist with the most votes at the end of the voting period (1 calendar month) will beannounced as winner and will be the recipient of a professionally performed loan modification by one of our attorneys.
