Local communities and homeowners need help and for this reason, Loan Modification Studio is now offering this new unbelievable service.

The foreclosure seminars are held at different times, dates and venues. Moreover, the topics as well as the teachers may vary, so check each event for further details. Each teacher has a unique perspective and background which adds to the overall diversity of our foreclosure seminars. Name: Loan Modification / Foreclosure Defense Seminar

Event description: This seminar will give borrowers an understanding of their foreclosure options. We will concentrate on discussing the new legislation in regards to loan modifications and will discuss alternatives such as a short sale, deeds in lieu, forbearance and short refinances. We will also touch on defenses to foreclosure such as fraud and predatory lending.

Presenter: Peter Spino, N.Y. Attorney at Law

Bio: Peter Spino, Jr., Esq. has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is a practitioner of real estate law. In 2005, Peter expanded on his law experience and opened a mortgage company catering to borrowers in residential and commercial property. Coupling his practical knowledge with his awareness of current events, legislation, and foreclosure case law has allowed Peter to educate homeowners throughout NY and NJ. When not educating homeowners, peter utilizes his working real estate knowledge to help homeowners modify their loans, complete deeds in lieu, short sales and obtain forbearances. He has also represented borrowers in foreclosure litigation against lenders.
